You've got questions. We've got answers...Hopefully.
1. Can CEO provide me with blank goods or do I need to provide my own?
CEO will gladly supply the blanks for your job. If you go to our 'catalog ' tab you can look through all sorts of great imprintable products. If you would prefer, just tell us the type of garment or brand you are looking for and we will be happy to make some recommendations. You of course are welcome to provide your own garments for us to print, although we usually get the product at a much lower price as we order a lot of blank goods and get bulk discounts.
2. What are your minimums for the digital printing?
1. That's right 1. By using Direct to Garment Printing, we can do anything from a single shirt up to 1000's.
3. Does the printing cost more for more colors?
For screen printing services, prices are according to the number of colors and by quantity. For direct to garment printing, the nuber of colors does not effect the price, but the quantity still does.
4. What are your turnaround times?
Turnaround times can fluctuate with the job, what is required, what the quantity is, etc. In almost all cases the maximum turnaround time is two weeks, and frequently it is significantly less than that. We also offer rush services where we can turn your project around in less than a week, all the way down to 48 hours (at an additional cost). The more advanced notice you give us, the better. If you give us a large window to complete the work, we might be able to also save you a little money.
5. What finishing services do you offer?
CEO can handle almost any finishing need you have. We offer delabeling and relabeling services, hangtagging, folding, polybagging, shipping, and order fulfillment services. Basically whatever you need for finishing, we can almost always accommodate those needs. For many of the brands we work with we offer full service printing and finishing packages.
6. Can I get different names printed on each shirt?
This unfortunately is a service that CEO Tees does not offer at this time.
7. What if I need help creating artwork?
We do have an in house art department and we will be happy to help you develop your artwork to get a product you are happy with. Please note that there are artwork fees for designing and creating custom art. Fees are $50/hr with a half hour minimum. 8. Can I provide my own artwork?
You sure can! We accept "print ready" customer supplied files in the following formats (.AI, .EPS, .PSD, .PDF, .JPEG). As long as we don't have to mess around with it too much, there are no additional charges for "print ready" artwork. Remember, bigger is always better. It's much easier to shrink an image down than make it bigger, unless it is in a vector format.
9. What do I need to get a quote?
The best and quickest way to get ahold of us for a quote is by e-mail. Send an e-mail to and let us know generally what you are looking for. If it's a job that we can do for you, we'll get back with a quote within two business days.
10. I have my own designs and online store. Can you do print to order and order fulfillment?
Yes! We do full package production and order fulfillment for you, and generally we are significantly cheaper than most of the big online order fulfillment services, which means you keep a greater percentage of your sales!
